I feel like I am missing the part where you define what a 360 value subscription is! What does the 360 have to do with anything?
In your example, you offer a service and then refer them to people who don't offer what your client needs. I am not sure how that is 'keeping the customer.
I am not saying you aren't onto something, it is just that when 50% of the article is an example that doesn't mention the concept I think that points to you being able to clarify better.
