Great article. Soon to be 60 here and trying to change a lifetime of doing nothing. What I need to research is better routines. I do 3-4 30 minute aerobic routings a week and then try to do strength training. I think I am not pushing myself enough and I know I am not controlling my diet enough.
It’s not easy to go from 0 but articles like this are inspiring.
